Our Commitment
Bliztek, LLC wants everyone to be able to use our website and client dashboard, including people who rely on assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how We build, not an afterthought.
The Standard We Aim For
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is the standard We design and build toward across our own sites and the sites We produce for clients.
What We Do
- Use semantic HTML so headings, landmarks, and controls are exposed correctly to screen readers.
- Keep pages navigable by keyboard alone.
- Build with a design system whose color tokens are chosen with contrast in mind.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and labels for form fields.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. Content changes over time, and some third-party embeds and legacy pages may fall short of the standard We aim for. When We find an issue, We work to fix it.
Feedback
If You have trouble using any part of our website, or You have suggestions for how We can improve, please email us at support@bliztek.com. Please describe the page and the problem You encountered, and We will follow up.
