Bliztek, LLC (“Bliztek,” “We,” “Us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the clients whose websites and content We host to do the same. This policy describes how We respond to claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1. Our Role
Bliztek provides web hosting and related services for its clients. Content on client websites is provided by or at the direction of our clients, not by Bliztek. When We receive a valid notification that material hosted on our infrastructure infringes a copyright, We will act as described in this policy.
2. Submitting a Copyright Infringement Notification
If You believe that material hosted by Bliztek infringes Your copyright, You may send a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), Your notification must include substantially all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work You claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of those works.
- Identification of the material You claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit Us to locate it, such as the URL where the material appears.
- Your contact information, including Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
- A statement that You have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that You are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.
3. Where to Send Notifications
Send copyright infringement notifications to our Designated Copyright Agent, registered with the U.S. Copyright Office:

4. What We Do When We Receive a Notification
Upon receipt of a notification that substantially complies with the requirements above, We will:
- Expeditiously remove or disable access to the material identified in the notification.
- Notify the client responsible for the material that it has been removed or disabled, and provide them with a copy of the notification.
5. Counter-Notification Procedure
If You are a client whose material was removed or disabled and You believe the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification, You may send a written counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent at the address above. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that You have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that You consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which Your address is located (or, if Your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Bliztek may be found), and that You will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or their agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, We will forward it to the person who submitted the original notification. Unless that person notifies Us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, We may restore the removed material in no less than 10 and no more than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notification.
6. Repeat Infringers
Bliztek may, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts and hosting services of clients who are determined to be repeat infringers.
