Domain Registration Agreement

This Domain Registration Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Bliztek, LLC (“Bliztek,” “We,” “Us”) and the individual or entity registering a domain name through our Service (“Registrant,” “You”). This Agreement supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. Overview

Bliztek acts as a reseller of domain registration services through our registrar partner, Enom (a Tucows company), which is an ICANN-accredited domain registrar. By registering a domain name through Bliztek, You agree to be bound by this Agreement, ICANN’s policies, and the registrar’s registration agreement, available at https://www.enom.com/terms/.

2. Domain Registration

Registration Process

Domain registration is initiated through our website, through the Bliztek client dashboard, or by contacting our team directly. Upon submission of a registration request and receipt of payment, Bliztek will process the domain registration through our registrar partner.

• Domain name availability is not guaranteed until registration is confirmed by the registrar.
• Registration is subject to the registrar’s acceptance and applicable registry policies for the requested top-level domain (TLD).
• Bliztek is not liable for the failure to register a domain name for any reason, including but not limited to prior registration by a third party, registry restrictions, or registrar rejection.

Registration Term

Domain names are registered for the term selected at the time of registration (typically one year). Registration terms vary by TLD and are subject to registry policies.

3. Registrant Information (WHOIS)

Accuracy Requirement

ICANN requires that all domain registrants provide accurate and complete contact information, including:

• Registrant name (or organization name)
• Mailing address
• Email address
• Phone number

You represent and warrant that all information provided in connection with domain registration is true, accurate, and complete. You agree to promptly update any changes to this information.

WHOIS Publication

Registrant contact information may be published in the public WHOIS database as required by ICANN and applicable registry policies. Domain privacy protection services may be available for certain TLDs to replace Your personal information with proxy contact details in the public WHOIS record. Availability and pricing of privacy protection varies by TLD.

Consequences of Inaccurate Information

Failure to provide or maintain accurate WHOIS information may result in the suspension or cancellation of Your domain registration, in accordance with ICANN policies. Bliztek is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate registrant information provided by You.

4. Domain Ownership

All domains registered through Bliztek are registered in the Registrant’s name. You are the legal owner of the domain name, subject to applicable registry and ICANN policies. Bliztek does not claim any ownership interest in domain names registered on Your behalf.

5. Domain Renewal

• Auto-Renewal: Renewal is governed by the auto-renew setting on each domain, which You control and may change at any time in the client dashboard; changes must be made before the registrar’s renewal cutoff. Domains without auto-renew enabled will expire unless renewed and payment is received before expiration. Renewal reminders are provided via the client dashboard, in addition to any expiration notices the registrar sends to You directly.
• Renewal Fees: Domain renewal fees are subject to change and will be communicated prior to renewal. Current renewal, restoration, and redemption fees are available at checkout, in the client dashboard, or from support on request. You are responsible for ensuring timely payment of renewal fees.
• Expiration: If a domain is not renewed before its expiration date, it will enter the registrar’s redemption process. Redemption fees set by the registrar may apply to recover an expired domain. Bliztek is not responsible for expired domains or any consequences of domain expiration, including loss of the domain name to third parties.

6. Domain Transfers

Transfer Away

You may request to transfer Your domain to another registrar at any time, subject to the following:

• The domain must be at least 60 days old (ICANN transfer lock period).
• The domain must not be in a locked, suspended, or disputed status.
• Bliztek will provide the authorization (EPP) code necessary to initiate the transfer upon request, subject to verification of the account holder’s identity.
• No transfer fees are charged by Bliztek; however, the receiving registrar may charge a transfer fee.

Bliztek can assist with transferring existing domains from other registrars. Transfer fees and a minimum one-year renewal are typically required by the registrar.

7. DNS Management

Bliztek provides DNS management services for domains registered through or managed by our Service. DNS changes can be made through the client dashboard or by contacting support. DNS changes may take up to 48 hours to propagate globally.

8. Prohibited Use

Domain names registered through Bliztek may not be used for:

• Any activity that is illegal under federal or Florida state law.
• Distribution of malware, phishing, spam, or other malicious activities.
• Infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Cybersquatting or bad-faith registration of domain names that infringe on trademarks owned by others.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of the domain registration and termination of Your account.

9. Dispute Resolution

Domain name disputes are subject to ICANN’s Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP). By registering a domain through Bliztek, You agree to submit to the UDRP process for any disputes regarding the domain name. You also agree to submit to the jurisdiction specified in ICANN’s policies for court adjudication of domain disputes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bliztek acts solely as a reseller and intermediary for domain registration services. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Bliztek is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the registration, renewal, transfer, suspension, or cancellation of a domain name.
• Bliztek is not liable for any registry or registrar outages, failures, or policy changes that affect Your domain name.
• Bliztek is not liable for any third-party claims related to Your domain name, including trademark disputes.
• Total liability for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by You for the domain registration during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

Domain registration fees are generally non-refundable once the registration has been processed by the registrar. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details.

12. ICANN Rights

As a domain registrant, You have the following rights under ICANN:

• The right to accurate and accessible information about the identity of Your registrar and the terms and conditions of the registration.
• The right to receive expiration reminders for Your domain registration from the registrar, in a timely manner, as required by ICANN policy. Bliztek also provides expiration reminders via the client dashboard.
• The right to cancel Your domain registration and receive any applicable refund in accordance with the registrar’s refund policy.
• The right to transfer Your domain registration to another registrar, subject to applicable policies.
• The right to accurate and accessible information about the dispute resolution process and WHOIS policies.

13. Modifications

Bliztek may update this Agreement to reflect changes in ICANN policies, registrar terms, or applicable law. You will be notified of material changes via the client dashboard and/or by posting on our website. Continued use of domain registration services after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
